Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with PiciDrive.com.
You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific materials, download or print portions of the materials from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with PiciDrive.com. Any other use, including but not limited to the copy/pasting, reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by PiciDrive.com. 1 Year Warranty for all PiciDRIVE products
PiciDRIVE provides a 1 year Warranty for all of our products. We will exchange any of our products for as long as you own it.
Warranty Terms
All items sold by PiciDRIVE Limited are covered by full 1 year warranty. In case you have any RMA products for return, please follow the below described procedure.
1. Customers should ensure that the RMA goods were supplied by PiciDRIVE Limited and are still under warranty.
2. Customers should complete the RMA form and send it to PiciDRIVE Limited via email to support@PiciDrive.com.
3. A RMA number will be assigned to the customer within 1 working day upon receipt of the RMA form.
4. Customers should send the defected goods to PiciDRIVE Limited within one week after receipt of the RMA number and should be responsible for the shipment costs.
5. After preliminary inspection of the returned RMA, we would send out confirmation of receipt to customers within 2 days and advise customers whether the RMA goods can be covered by warranty or not.
6. If the RMA cannot be covered by warranty (e.g. warranty label has been removed, defect is due to misuse by customers), the repair charge required will be quoted to customers. In that case customers will be responsible for shipping back freight charge when goods are returned after repair.
7. The period for repairing RMA is 21 business days. If a longer period for repair is required, we would inform customers in advance and offer other feasible solutions such as replacement.
8. Any products which are replaced by PiciDRIVE will not be printed with customer's logo, but will come blank unless the reprint is for 50 units or more. For any reprints that are under 50 units, a set up fee of $35.00 USD will be applied.
9. The goods will be returned to customers once repair is completed and PiciDRIVE Limited will be responsible for the shipping back to customer freight charge if the RMA is covered by warranty.
Site Pricing/Typographical Errors
While PiciDRIVE strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, mistakes do occur once in a rare while. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, PiciDRIVE shall have the right to cancel any order or correctly price it after confirming the new pricing with the customer. Due to volatile nature of flash market, our price quotes may change without prior notice.
Cancellations, Changes, Returns
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned! Orders in progress cannot be cancelled. If you need to change your order within the first 48 hours after placing your order, we will make our best effort to change it. After 48 hours, we cannot make any changes to your order. Finally, all PiciDRIVE orders are not returnable for credit or refund.
Once your drives have been printed, no further modifications or additions can be made to the graphics. Please make sure that you examine and proofread all the documents you submit to us before placing your order. No returns or refunds are offered on customized merchandise.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates quoted are estimates only. Shipping charges are calculated by the UPS/FedEx automated system, or by freight forwarding service which at times may be down or provide incorrect charges. In addition, their system does not calculate duties, taxes or other non-routine custom brokerage charges. As a result, your actual shipping charges may be lower or higher from what was quoted by the system. If your order exceeds 150lbs (70 KGS), please contact us to get a shipping quote.
Shipping Delays
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified for each product, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control or force majeure and due dates cannot always be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Important Memo: Many factors can lengthen turnaround time: size and complexity of the order, submission of graphics, data services content, multiple products, customization options, etc. The general rule is that the simpler the order, the faster we can get it produced and delivered to you.
Minimum Order Quantities
Generally PiciDRIVE Series and Promo Series require 100 pieces minimum order quantity, but some of the customized merchandise we sell requires a higher minimum order quantity. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are typical for orders that require extensive customization, custom colors, custom molding as well as products like Portable Media Players and Mice. Minimum order quantities may also exist for various products before customization. Please check with a sales representative to see if the product you're interested in has a minimum order quantity. MOQ details are subject to change and are often not available via the website.
Processing Your Order
All orders must be confirmed by writing either by mail, e-mail or fax. This order confirmation can either be:
- A purchase order on the customers headed paper, bearing the buyers’ signature and the company’s stamp and mentioning without modification the characteristics mentioned in the offer and specifically the reference of the article ordered, the desired quantity the price proposed by PiciDRIVE and eventually the reference of the quotation sent by PiciDRIVE.
- The quotation on PiciDRIVE company paper signed by the buyer and bearing the company stamp sent without any modification.
Except in the specific cases specified in the General Sales Conditions any order placed by the customer and accepted by PiciDRIVE is considered firm and final and cannot be withdrawn.
The acceptance of the Customer’s order by PiciDRIVE is subject to the acceptance by the Customer of the entire General Sales conditions. By placing an order with PiciDRIVE the customer declares thorough and unreserved acceptance of the present General Sales Conditions, and renounces overriding these present conditions by his own or any other dispositions which could modify the interpretation of this present document.
Payment Methods
Available Payment Methods: Wire Transfers or TT in advance.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
Orders below 3000 USD require 100% full TT in advance or wire transfer. Orders above 3000 USD require 50% TT in advance or wire transfer, and 50% balance before shipment released.
All our prices are quote based on EXW Shenzhen!
Important memo: Once an order is confirmed, we require a SWIFT copy to be sent to us same day, otherwise, chip prices might change, and we will not be in a position to assure price we initially quote.
